At the Simple Life Shirt Co, our biggest goal is to make sure that our amazing customers are happily taken care of and that is why our Return Policy is, well......SIMPLE! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, reach out to us and we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you were sent incorrect items or there are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it corrected for you.
Here is a simple run-down of our Simple Return Policy:
- Items can be returned for exchanges only or store credit. We cannot issue refunds.
- All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Any custom products or partner program products are considered as a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased on clearance is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your original receipt.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
*Please allow 5-10 days for shipping. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We try to get fulfill and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once we've begun processing your order (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see another shirt that you want really bad? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we've not processed your order yet (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order.
